All orders that are accepted by Jars of Goodness Enterprises are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
Payment for the orders can be sent via our Website using Paypal. We do not accept cash on delivery.
All items are subject to availability, we will notify you if any item is out of stock and will contact you if necessary to replace or remove the item(s) from your order or notify you when the item(s) will be back in stock and available for dispatch. Should you request any out-of-stock items to be delivered separately we will not charge twice for deliveries.
RETURNS / REFUNDS / CANCELLATION / COMPLAINTS
Jars of Goodness Enterprises shall at all times endeavor to consistently maintain the highest quality possible in its entire range of products.
Should you be dissatisfied with your product(s), in the first instance please contact us and let us know the nature of the problem and we will endeavor to reach a satisfactory solution within 5 working days. We are happy to replace or refund goods depending on the nature of the problem and will do this within 10 working days.
Claims for faulty goods will only be settled once we have received proper documentation detailing the nature of the complaint, name and contact details of the customer or consumer, and where applicable a sample of the defective product within 7 days of receipt of the item. Any goods returned incomplete i.e. packaging missing, etc. will not be replaced or credited.
Similarly, any goods found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make every effort to stop your order from leaving the premises and will refund any payments made. Should the order have already left our premises; however, we will not be able to cancel the order.
Payment can be made via Paypal. We will not accept cash on delivery.
RESERVATION OF TITLE
The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
We will not divulge any information received from you to any third party. We will keep records of your Name, Address and Contact details to ensure smooth and efficient transactions and ease when dealing with any issues, complaints, compliments, etc. We may from time to time contact you regarding promotions, these will only be in-house promotions directly related to Jars of Goodness. You can make changes at any time to the information we keep about you and will exclude you from any further promotions at your expressed wishes. We are fully compliant with the Data Protection Act 1998.
