  1. Transfer the sauce to a pan let, let it come to a boil, and then allow it to simmer using medium
    heat. We recommend you keep stirring to prevent the sauce from sticking to the base.
  2. Wait until the sauce thickens and has a visible sheen, then stir in your lemon juice.
  3. For those who appreciate aesthetics, add a tablespoon of toasted sesame seeds to the mixture.

At this stage, the sauce should have reduced considerably without compromising its smooth, flowing texture – ready to glaze your dish!
