Unbeetable canapes

INGREDIENTS

½ cup sour cream mixed with 2 tsp Jars of Goodness Whiskey Mustard
1 large cucumber, sliced into 20 rounds
½ jar Jars of Goodness Beetroot Chutney
1 tablespoon chopped chives

METHOD

In a small bowl, mix the sour cream and Jars of goodness whiskey mustard. Set aside.
Place the cucumber rounds onto a serving board. Top each round with a dollop of Jars of goodness beetroot chutney then dot each piece with the mustard cream and sprinkle with chives
