INGREDIENTS
- 60 ml rum of choice
- 50 ml coconut cream
- 90 ml Pineapple Juice
- 3 Tbs Jars of Goodness Paradise In A Jar
- lots of Ice
METHOD
- Put everything in the blender with lots of ice and blend.
- Rim the glass with dry coconut flakes
- Put two pineapple leaves upright along the side of the glass for a simple but elegant garnish.
This should be served in a tall glass
